GERMAN EXCHANGE STUDENTS VISIT

Thanks to Inderjit Singh Pahal who arranged for teachers, students of Colton Hills School and Exchange students from Germany to be shown around Guru Nanak Gurdwara and Akaal House.

It gave us an opportunity to show how we as third generation Sikhs in Great Britain are following our traditions and practicing our religion. More importantly how we are making a difference by moulding our young children into good citizens and encouraging them to adding value to the community.

We hope the German exchange students and the students from Colton Hills found the visit informative, as well as enjoyable. We would also like to thank Jane Lockley (Deputy Head) and Yvonne Bolton-Smith (Language College Project Administrator) for giving us the opportunity of showing them around. We hope this is a start to the relation between Colton Hills School and Akaal organisation.
