GIVE BLOOD CAMPAIGN JUNE 2009
Another successful session for the Blakenhall community which has been held at Guru Nank Gurdwara(Hall 4), Sedgley Street, Wolverhampton. In this 4 hour session 92 people attended on the day and 62 people successfully gave blood on the day. In addition to this 5 bone marrow samples where taken and 1 platelet.
We from Akaal would like to thank all the people who took time out of their business schedules to ‘Give Blood’. With your donation you have done the best Seva (selfless service) for the community by giving someone life. I hope your children enjoyed the bouncing castle we had put on for them whilst you gave blood.
